Focus on opportunities (known as relationships) that will contribute to your success. Nurture talent (people) and relationships until they are ready to blossom. Think strategically, coffee once every couple of weeks with people, can mean the difference between average and excellence. Engage people that are going to assist with the greatest return, always network, always build partnerships, and engage, engage, engage.
